Leaders come together in the heart of the region
Friday 3rd November, leaders from across the Great Southern came together for the inaugural Business Leaders Forum hosted by the Shire of Gnowangerup.
More than 80 business owners, entrepreneurs, investors and stakeholders attended the Business Leaders Forum in Gnowangerup. Hosted by the Shire of Gnowangerup, the event aimed to facilitate networking and investment opportunities for local businesses and organisations, and provide a platform for knowledge sharing.

Acting CEO, Jarrad Gardner delivered the first session covering the demographics and industry profile of the region, and more specifically Gnowangerup, before explaining the role of the Commission, and opportunities and resources provided by the GSDC.
Other speakers at the event included Paul McSweeney from the Port of Albany, Cassy Beeck from GNP 360, Kathryn MacNeil from Mount Barker Tourism, Will Piercey from CBH, Ben Richardson from Auspan, Rod Richardson from Duraquip and Michael Still from RE:Group.
