Great Southern Regional Grants Scheme Round 2

Royalties for Regions logoRegional Development Minister Brendon Grylls MLA has announced the second round of the Great Southern Regional Grants Scheme (RGS), providing $3.5 million in Royalties for Regions grant funding for projects in the region.

The funding comprises $3.4 million in contestable grants and $100,000 in small grants up to and including $10,000. The small grants program opens immediately and grants will be distributed until the $100,000 fund is fully allocated. Applications for grants from the $3.4 million contestable fund close on 10 February 2010.

Challenge Grants

Expressions of interest are invited for Challenge Grants, which can provide up to $10,000 in matching grants for community groups to invest through the Western Australian Community Foundation to provide sustainable long-term investment income.
