The Community Chest Fund (CCF) is part of the Royalties for Regions program. It supports community, public and not-for-profit organisations with grants up to $50,000. Royalties for Regions funding of $555,556 is available for the 2017 round of the CCF.
Applications for CCF 2017 are now closed. A list of successful applicants will be published on this page when it becomes available. Funding through the program will be available from 1 July 2017.
Consideration is given to all proposals that will contribute to achieving the objectives of the Royalties for Regions Community Chest Fund. In addition, the GSDC gives consideration to the proposal’s alignment with existing regional development strategic planning and, in particular, the Great Southern Regional Investment Blueprint.

Grants approved for CCF 2016 are providing support for 21 projects in the region that will share $555,555 in Royalties for Regions funding. Regional Development Minister Terry Redman announced the successful applicants on Friday 15 July.
Applications opened in January and forty grant submissions were received by the close of applications in March, seeking a total of more than $1.2 million of funding support.
Grants allocated ranged from $7,000 to the $50,000 maximum. Projects supported included events, upgrades to community facilities, programs meeting community needs, and marketing and promotion of the Great Southern.
